The relaunch of Vapiano Miami, a multinational restaurant chain reopening in the city with a fresh new concept after years of closure. I served as Head of Marketing, and my main objective during the relaunch was:

  1. Reconnect with former customers and announce the reopening.

  2. Introduce the brand to new audiences.

  3. Promote the updated dining concept.

Additionally, I established standard marketing processes while ensuring alignment with the multinational chain’s guidelines.

I organized the grand reopening event, created all marketing materials (including menus), managed social media and digital campaigns, and ran Google Ads. I grew the restaurant’s Instagram account from under 100 followers to over 5,000 within eight months, built partnerships with nearby businesses, and launched successful in-person promotions to position Vapiano as one of Brickell’s favorite dining spots.
